Shipping Rates & Delivery Times:

All orders are processed within 1-3 business days. We do not ship on weekends or holidays. We ship all domestic orders via UPS Ground, which typically takes 2 to 5 business days to arrive once shipped.

Our shipping rates are calculated at checkout:

• Standard Flat Shipping (1 print): $6.50

• Each additional print: $1.00

 

Packaging & Care

We take great care in packaging your art to ensure it arrives in pristine condition. All 8"X10" and 11"X14" prints are placed in a protective sleeve, with a heavy cardboard backing, and shipped inside an extra rigid cardboard mailer. Our packages are clearly marked with "Do Not Bend" stickers.

Tracking Your Order

As soon as your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email containing your UPS tracking number. Please allow 24 hours for the tracking information to update.

Damaged or Lost Packages

Each print is custom-made to order, so all sales are final, however, if your print arrives damaged due to transit, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at thezanyshire@gmail.com. Please include photos of the damaged packaging and print so we can promptly send you a replacement free of charge.
